A comprehensive interior design project for a 17,000 sq. ft. residence located in the prestigious E-7 sector of Islamabad. This 3-kanal home harmonizes neoclassical architectural details with modern minimalist sensibilities, creating a timeless and sophisticated living environment.
Project Brief
Nestled in the heart of Islamabad, the interior of Ads House is a masterclass in balance and refined luxury. The design narrative centers on “Transitional Elegance”—utilizing traditional wainscoting and intricate wall moldings to provide a sense of heritage, while contemporary furniture silhouettes and a neutral, earthy palette keep the space grounded in the modern era.
In the master suite, the interplay of light and texture is paramount. Deep-set tray ceilings with warm cove lighting complement the soft ambient glow of linear wall sconces. The use of natural wood, tufted upholstery, and expansive floor-to-ceiling glazing ensures that despite its grand scale, the home remains warm, inviting, and deeply connected to its serene surroundings on Gomal Road.
