Cost Umbrella Office – Gulberg Green, Islamabad

Situated in Manchester Royal Business Square, Gulberg Greens, the Cost Umbrella Office is a 1,600 sq. ft. workspace designed for a dynamic team. The project emphasizes a “borderless” workflow, utilizing glass partitions and open-plan workstations to maximize the relatively compact footprint while maintaining an executive feel.
Project Brief
The Cost Umbrella Office is a prime example of corporate office interior design Islamabad businesses are increasingly adopting to foster creativity and productivity. Babar Malik Architects moved away from traditional cubicles, opting instead for a sophisticated mix of concrete-texture walls, warm wood tones, and pops of corporate yellow.
At only 1,600 square feet, every inch was optimized. The reception features a striking marble-clad desk backed by a biophilic “living” screen that offers privacy without blocking light. Our approach to corporate office interior design Islamabad ensures that even smaller commercial units feel expansive; we achieved this through continuous linear lighting and a neutral floor palette. From the ergonomic open-workstation area to the moody, wood-paneled executive suite, the office serves as a functional yet inspiring hub that perfectly reflects the Cost Umbrella brand identity.
