Situated at the prominent location of Thokar Niaz Baig, Lahore, Canal 101 (Roomi One) is a landmark mixed-use development. The project is designed to stand out, offering a total covered area of 22,000 sq. ft. on a 4-kanal plot. The architectural concept masterfully merges contemporary aesthetics with high-functional urban planning, catering to both sophisticated retail and luxury residential needs.
The building’s presence is defined by massive glass facades and continuous wrap-around balconies, maximizing natural light and offering panoramic views. A signature design element is the integration of vertical landscaping within the residential levels, bringing nature into the vertical urban environment. The base is structured as a premium commercial podium, indicated in the renders by high-profile retail branding. The unique roof structure, detailed with integrated “halo” lighting, adds a dramatic silhouette to the Lahore skyline at night, signifying the building’s identity as ‘Roomi One’.
