Upon entering, the spatial volume is immediately established by a breathtaking double-height lobby. This central circulation hub is anchored by a massive, floor-to-ceiling dark marble feature wall that contrasts beautifully with the surrounding light interiors. A stunning, multi-tiered LED ring chandelier descends through the void, drawing the eye upward and illuminating the open-plan layout and the sleek glass-and-wood staircase.

The residence offers distinct zones for different modes of entertaining. The primary living and dining areas embrace a modern aesthetic, characterized by light leather furnishings, linear LED ceiling profiles, and expansive windows dressed in sheer curtains to maximize natural light. Conversely, the formal drawing room leans heavily into classical luxury.
